The term “service” refers to any build projects, tutorials, advice, downloads, digital products, or any other services.
Use of frontier.com, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Frontier, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
Use of This Site and Service

Frontier makes no representation or warranty that the information provided is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In no event shall Frontier’s cumulative liability exceed the total purchase price of the service purchased, or $100 if no purchase has been made.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Frontier is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites. Use of such sites is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Frontier harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site. You agree to assist us in any legal defense related to such matters.
Effect of Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Entire Agreement; Waiver
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Frontier. No waiver of any provision is valid unless in writing.
Governing Law; Venue; Mediation
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas. Parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation.
Recovery of Litigation Expenses
The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.
Assignment
These Terms bind the parties’ successors and assigns. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms.
